After your artwork has been approved, most orders are produced and delivered within 2–4 weeks. Timing can vary depending on:
The type of pin you choose (enamel, die-struck, printed, etc.)
Your order quantity
Special effects, moving parts, or other custom features
Working with a tighter deadline for a tournament or Global Finals? We have options. Many simpler pin designs without special effects can often be completed in approximately 7–14 days.
When time is really short, our rush service can produce select U.S.-made printed pins in as little as 2 business days.

A: Yes. We use Pantone color matching to closely reproduce your team colors, mascot, and branding. Different materials and manufacturing processes can sometimes produce minor color variations, but this has rarely been an issue.
Q: Do you work with smaller DI teams?
A: Absolutely. Our customers range from individual teams needing 100 pins to regions and affiliates ordering thousands. We’ll help you choose an option appropriate for the size of your project.
Q: What if we need more pins later?
A: No problem. We retain your artwork for 2 years, making reorders easy if you need additional pins for Global Finals or simply discover that your design is a hot trader.
