Returns and Shipping

Any order placed on Wildpins.com for ‘stock’ items (meaning any pin or items that we keep warehoused and is NOT a custom item commissioned to be created by our customer(s)) may be returned within 30 days for a refund, less shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. Refund will be made upon return and evaluation of the item(s), via UPS or FEDEX at the customer’s expense back to our warehouse at: Imagativity Solutions, Inc. 833 SW Lemans Lane, Suite 202, Lee’s Summit, MO 64082. Customers wishing to return stock items MUST call prior to returning products and acquire an RMA code to be placed on the outside of the returned package. Returns may not be accepted without the RMA code.

Any commissioned order or ‘custom’ order placed with Imagativity Solutions, Inc. and Wildpins.com directly via phone, e-mail or other correspondence to are NOT eligible for return unless the product is determined to be damaged or defective, or obviously made incorrectly and not to the specifications agreed upon between Imagativity Solutions, Inc.\Wildpins and the customer. If commissioned items ARE eligible for a return or redo, due to being defective, or obviously made incorrectly and not to the agreed upon specifications (specifications listed on the PROPOSAL/ESTIMATE signed but customer in order to move forward with production), a refund shall be made forthwith upon return of the defective item(s), or the corrected items shall go into production as soon as possible, should that be the wish of the customer, or other arrangements between Wildpins and the customer may be made if approved by Wildpins representative and customer.

REFUND POLICY AS IT RELATES TO LATE DELIVERIES OF ‘CUSTOM’ ITEMS

Imagativity Solutions, Inc. and Wildpins may agree to a specific delivery date of item(s). However, Imagativity Solutions, Inc., Wildpins and Wildpins.com are not responsible/liable to this date should unexpected situations arise, such as bad weather, factory power outages, shipper issues, importing and customs inspections and delays, etc. Items and products that are late due to issues out of our control are NOT eligible for return or refund. We recommend allowing an extra 7-10 for shipping, beyond production time, as a buffer from unknown conditions that may affect delivery. We will, of course, always do everything in our power to make sure orders are received in a timely manner.
